Global Supply Manager Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada On-Site As a Global Supply Manager, you will match sales, demand and supply by managing the Sales & Operations Planning process for defined product groups and production lines in the short, mid & long-term horizons. Management of the portfolio, inventory, slow movers, restricted inventory are key elements in collaboration with key stakeholders throughout the organization (PRQM, Industries, Sourcing, Regions, Sites), achieving the balance of customer centricity, OWC / Inventory targets, and EBIT at sites. Responsibilities: Lead the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process in the development of a supply plan Ensure the effective execution of the S&O planning process within APO (or another planning system) Contribute Product Cluster Review (PCR) session Manage alignment of strategies/projects and of innovation/new business development activities, with chain execution Manage basic change management activities (MOC) relating to supply/supply chain activities We bring: Empowerment to make meaningful contributions while upholding ethical standards. You bring: Bachelor of Science or Diploma in supply chain management, business administration or equivalent Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management Certification / Professional designation in Supply Chain (APICS CPIM, CPLI P.Log., etc.) an asset Deep systems knowledge of SAP / IBP / APO systems Excellent communication skills in English (second language is a plus) A strong passion for customer centricity dsm-firmenich is fully dedicated to inclusion because when people feel engaged and empowered, their creativity and innovation drives unprecedented progress.
