Job Description Posted Friday, March 22, 2024 at 4:00 AM As a Global Infrastructure Manager at LCI, you are responsible for overseeing and managing the organizations IT infrastructure, ensuring the availability, reliability, and performance of systems and networks. You develop and implement an infrastructure strategy aligned with the organizations business goals, while leading a team of infrastructure experts and collaborating with different stakeholders to support those goals. RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and implement an infrastructure strategy aligned with the organizations business objectives; Plan for future technology needs and upgrades to ensure scalability and efficiency; Lead and manage a team of infrastructure professionals, including system administrators, network engineers, and support staff; Ensure the availability and reliability of servers, networks, and other infrastructure components; Oversee the installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware and software systems; Implement and enforce security measures to protect the organizations infrastructure; Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards; Develop and manage the infrastructure budget, including hardware and software procurement, licenses, and maintenance costs; Collaborate with external vendors for the provisioning, support, and maintenance of infrastructure components; Negotiate contracts and service level agreements (SLAs); Develop and maintain a disaster recovery plan to ensure business continuity in the event of an infrastructure failure or disaster. REQUIREMENTS Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering or IT Management; 7 years of experience in a similar role in IT; Knowledge of IT security best practices; Experience with various technologies and product lines: Microsoft AD, MS Servers, Office 365, Azure AD, Linux, Cisco, Fortinet, Veeam...; Relevant certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library), and vendor-specific certifications (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft) are an asset; Bilingualism in French and English. This role involves interaction with internal and external clients and partners on a national and global scale. Professional proficiency in English is therefore a requirement for this role.
