About you:
You are a professional individual with a passion in maintaining strong customer relationships to support organizations with data-driven sustainable forest management. As a customer-centric person, you enjoy being responsible for developing customer relationships and problem solving that promote retention and loyal customers on the Forest365 Platform products.
Responsibilities:
Account Management:
- Cultivate strong relationships with forestry software customers, acting as their trusted point of contact.
- Understand and address customer needs, ensuring they maximize the potential of our specialized forestry software solutions.
- Offer tailored recommendations to help customers achieve their specific forestry objectives.
- Maintain detailed customer records and interactions in our CRM system.
Onboarding:
- Lead the seamless onboarding process for new forestry customers, configuring the software to meet their unique requirements.
- Conduct GIS data analysis for forestry projects, ensuring accurate data integration and system setup.
- Provide expert guidance during the onboarding process, ensuring customers feel confident in utilizing the software effectively.
Training:
- Deliver comprehensive training sessions and webinars, showcasing the power of our forestry software solutions.
- Develop training materials and resources tailored to the forestry industry, empowering customers to excel in their applications.
Support:
- Provide responsive and efficient support to forestry customers, resolving technical issues related to our software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer challenges, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Stay updated on geospatial trends in the forestry sector, continuously enhancing your expertise.
GIS Services:
- Work with fellow GIS Analysts and Data Scientists on cutting-edge GIS and Remote Sensing projects.
- Conduct needs analysis and project scoping with customers and team members.
- Present deliverables to stakeholders (e.g., Lim Geomatics leadership team or clients).
Requirements:
- Recently graduated from post-secondary school.
- Bachelor's degree in Geography, Geomatics, GIS, Forestry, or related field.
- Demonstrated experience in GIS tools like ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Enterprise, or similar, with a focus on natural resources or forestry applications.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to effectively communicate and engage with clients throughout the customer journey.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional forestry software experiences.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized with excellent time management skills for effectively handling multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in French, Spanish, or Portuguese would be an asset.
