WHAT YOU’LL DO Ensuring projects are completed within scope, schedule, budget, and meeting client expectations. Managing multiple projects in various phases of development. Negotiating and holding all parties accountable to their contracts. Managing and coordinating the activities of large project teams including owners, regional and local design consultants, contractors, suppliers, AHJs, security, AV and IT vendors, operators, and other stakeholders. Coordinating between base building and tenant improvement scope and negotiating with landlords. Developing, implementing and maintaining specified project management processes. Proactively communicating with your client; maintaining project status and tracking reports. Detailed financial and schedule management and reporting. Leading project meetings: ensuring minutes are quickly distributed and properly filed. Proactively foreseeing and documenting project risks and risk mitigation plans. Actively troubleshooting, problem solving and tracking project performance indicators. Managing JLL’s financial performance per project. Fostering a project environment of accountability, excellence, inclusivity, collaboration, and innovation. Cultivating new and existing business relationships. Collaborating with JLL peers, partners and clients. Building trust with owners, landlords, developers, institutions, consultants, and contractors. Leading pursuit strategy, sourcing, positioning, proposing, and securing of new projects. Strategically networking and positioning JLL as a leader in project management services. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR 10+ years of local experience pursuing and delivering capital “buildings” projects, including new construction, renovations, fit-outs, and/or upgrades. Possess “Owner Representative” project management experience working directly for a Client in a fee-for-service consulting business environment. Led major capital projects of $2M+ from inception to completion without supervision Demonstrated client relationship management skills Strong analytical skills and solution development Outstanding organizational and time management skills Expert verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail and ability to drive consistency in a team or on a project Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe and Microsoft Project Ability to excel in a fast-paced and demanding environment Travel as needed per project Preferred Attributes Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, or similar education is an asset. Coordonner les activités des sous-traitants et le déplacement des fonctions techniques Interagir et négocier avec les entrepreneurs et sous-traitants. Préparer / mettre à jour les rapports d’étape des projets, traiter les bons de commande et les factures, mettre à jour les rapports de suivi et tenir à jour les dossiers pour les contrôles diligents et les états financiers. Démontrer qu’il maîtrise l’utilisation et l’demande de toutes les technologies de SPP, comme il est exigé pour les projets assignés. Assurer une gestion exacte de tous les comptes clients afin de maintenir un niveau ne dépassant pas la charge prévue au titre du fonds de roulement établie par l’équipe des finances d’entreprise, de l’équipe des finances des comptes et/ou le directeur régional des opérations.
