We are seeking experienced Generator/Electric Motor Technician to join our team. ResponsibilitiesTesting, rebuilding, rewinding and repair of electric motors, generators, controllers and related electrical and mechanical equipment used in commercial, industrial and institutional establishments.Troubleshooting and diagnosing emergency repair proceduresProviding excellent customer service to internal and external customersWorking independently with minimal daily supervisionWorking in a safe manner at all timesAll other duties as assignedQualificationsMinimum 2 years of industry related experience Journeyman/Apprentice Electric Motor Systems Technician, Millwright or Electrician Ability to read, write and communicate in a professional mannerKnowledge of or ability to learn electrical components and ability to diagnose when necessaryExcellent customer service and interpersonal skillsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Ability to stand for prolonged period of timeAbility to remain seated for 15 minutes or more while drivingAbility to bend, squat, stand and reach as necessary
