My customer is a very popular and growing Quebec restaurant chain. They are looking for a general manager to manage their new location that is opening in August in Yorkville. This person will start asap for training purposes. They are looking for an organized and dynamic general restaurant manager who will be responsible for:
● Managing daily restaurant operations
● Achieving sales and labor objectives andrespecting budgets
● Overseeing restaurant operations to meet and exceed quality, food safety and sanitation standards, inventory standards, etc.
● Creating a positive experience for our customers by ensuring a high level of service.
● Coaching and developing team members
● Handling all customer requests and complaints
● Complying with and enforcing all operating policies, procedures and standards.
● Reviewing restaurant operations to identify opportunities for
for improvement
● Other related duties
