Leading a team of 50+ employees across multiple departments, you'll play a key role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all service, parts/inventory, and application teams, with direct supervision of three key reports.Drive continuous improvement initiatives within departments, identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.Manage scheduling and provide support as needed, ensuring seamless operations and client satisfaction.Act as the primary point of contact for client escalations, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills and customer service acumen.Spearhead training and hiring initiatives, equipping employees with the tools and knowledge needed for success.Develop and implement technical training programs to enhance the skill set of the entire staff.Implement strategic initiatives to maximize productivity across all departments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Qualifications:Demonstrated leadership experience, preferably in a technical services or manufacturing environment.Proven track record of driving operational excellence and implementing process improvements.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and adapt to changing priorities.A strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of translating vision into actionable plans.If you're ready to take your career to new heights and lead a team to success, we want to hear from you.
