We are committed to delivering innovative solutions for power distribution and management.Position Overview:We are seeking a visionary and strategic leader to join us as the General Manager for our operations in Canada. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business unit, including strategic planning, operational excellence, financial performance (Revenue 40M), and team management (40 Employees).Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute the business units strategic plans to meet financial and operational goals.- Lead and inspire a diverse team to achieve excellence in operational performance through Supply Chain, Program, Quality, manufacturing management, innovation, and customer satisfaction.- Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to maximize profitability and efficiency.- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.- Direct and participate in global marketing initiatives, interfacing with Sales and Marketing, to fulfill strategic planning objectives and identify new business opportunities.- Ensure compliance with all local, national, and international regulations and standards.- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and safety.Job Requirements-Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field; a Masters degree or MBA is preferred.-At least 8 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, aerospace, or a related industry.-Proven track record of strategic planning and execution, financial acumen, and operational optimization.-Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively managerelationships at all organizational levels.-Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and to lead through challenge.Why Join Safran Electrical Components?- Be part of a respected industry leader with innovative technologies.- Work in a dynamic environment where your skills and leadership will make a direct impact.- Enjoy a competitive compensation package, including comprehensive benefits and opportunities for career advancement.Eligibility requirements:All applicants must meet the following requirements: Minimum age of 18 years.
