The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business unit, including strategic planning, operational excellence, financial performance (Revenue 40M), and team management (40 Employees).Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute the business units strategic plans to meet financial and operational goals.- Lead and inspire a diverse team to achieve excellence in operational performance through Supply Chain, Program, Quality, manufacturing management, innovation, and customer satisfaction.- Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to maximize profitability and efficiency.- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.- Direct and participate in global marketing initiatives, interfacing with Sales and Marketing, to fulfill strategic planning objectives and identify new business opportunities.- Ensure compliance with all local, national, and international regulations and standards.- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and safety.Job Requirements-Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field; a Masters degree or MBA is preferred.-At least 8 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, aerospace, or a related industry.-Proven track record of strategic planning and execution, financial acumen, and operational optimization.-Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively managerelationships at all organizational levels.-Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and to lead through challenge.Why Join Safran Electrical Components?- Be part of a respected industry leader with innovative technologies.- Work in a dynamic environment where your skills and leadership will make a direct impact.- Enjoy a competitive compensation package, including comprehensive benefits and opportunities for career advancement.Eligibility requirements:All applicants must meet the following requirements: Minimum age of 18 years.
