Our team puts emphasis into living our vision, mission, and values to be more than just a service provider – Paul Davis will grow to become over a $2 Billion business in the next 5 years.Paul Davis Ottawa offers excellent benefits to all full-time Team Employees.· Medical, dental and vision plans available· Paid sick leave· Paid vacation time· Paid holidays· Paid paternity/maternity leave· Life insurance and moreEssential Duties/Responsibilities• Drive Results!• Drive Employer of Choice Culture!• Be a Servant Leader!Activities to support the above:• Lead in the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding process of A-Players.• Coach Team Members and drive team building events through our Leadership Development Program.• Schedule and conduct department and company meetings and weekly Goal Setting and Reviews (GS&R) events with team. • Coordinate and discuss financial/operational matters with finance personnel and team leads.• Communicate and collaborate with corporate personnel.• Develop a business plan to achieve profitability goals.• Expense budget maintenance• Monitor bank lines of credit, cash flow, and A/R for overall bank relationship status.• Review job reports, WIP (work in progress), and customer relations with team for backlog/contracts signed but jobs not started/flow of WIP/quality control/customer complaints.• Discuss and review marketing plans and objectives with Business Development lead.• Attending company marketing and business development events to build relationships.• Participating in monthly GM meetings and PD Corporate events. • Understand the Franchise Agreement and Operations Manuals.• Partner with lead sources and drive to agreed upon KPI’s. • Quickly resolve escalated customer service concerns. • Professionally represent the Paul Davis Brand, always.• Represent the company’s Vision, Mission, Values and 10 Serving Basics!Required Education and Experience• Bachelor’s Degree or multiple years’ experience in Construction Management, Business Management, or related field• Five plus years’ experience in a management role• Experience with reading and interpreting financial statements.Preferred Education and Experience• Experience in restoration or construction field.• Experience in a Project Management and/or Estimator role.• Sales experience• General Contractor’s License• Leadership Development Trainings• IICRC certificationsSince 1966, Paul Davis has been an industry leader in the areas of property damage mitigation, reconstruction and remodeling.
