Join our team as General Manager!

The General Manager (GM) is responsible and accountable for the total operation of the Retirement Home. The GM ensures the efficient operation of the Home is carried out in accordance with the company’s mission, vision, values, policies, procedures and all legislative requirements.


The following traits and qualifications are required:

  • Experience in administration and supervision and working knowledge of appropriate legislation
  • Must be able to function smoothly and effectively amidst many distractions. Ability to prioritize and dealeffectively with competing prioritize
  • Current CPR and First Aide
  • Valid drivers license
  • Must demonstrate an active interest in ongoing education and participate in mandatory educational in-services
  • Must be computer literate
