With a track record of delivering system improvements and managing change, you will be a key leader with an adaptable and innovative mindset, a great team player, and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. As a tenacious and focused leader, you will have a strong operations/general management background, ideally in scaling high-growth companies in the transportation/logistics/freight industry. 7+ years of operations and general management experience, ideally in a recycling/waste management company or a people-focused industrial business. ~3+ years of leadership experience, including talent development, training, coaching/mentoring, and team building. ~ Comfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue, and forecasting, showcasing your finance acumen. ~ Travel: This is an in-person role requiring travel between three facilities. As the General Manager of Transportation & Fleet, your vision and leadership will be instrumental in shaping our client’s future success.
