Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Install, repair and service exterior products such as exterior cladding systems, lap siding (wood, fibre cement, composite), panel systems, metal panels, and metal flashing, using hand and power tools, metal forming machines, and metal breaks.
- Read blueprints or work order specifications to determine layout and installation procedures.
- Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations.
- Supervise the activities of construction workers engaged in exterior installations who install and service exterior building products on residential properties.
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities within the work crew and with other company support staff.
- Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Requisition required materials and supplies from company staff to complete the assigned project.
- Train workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Recommend personnel actions such as hirings and promotions.
- Other duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Punctual

- Willing to work evenings and weekends if needed
- Able to work in all weather conditions
- Able to lift 100lbs
- Great attitude
- Good customer service skills
- Strong math skills
- Able to lead a team
- Good with technology and apps
- Driver's license is an asset
- Able to work as a team and independently
