JOIN OUR TEAM
Join our team at Garbonzo’s Sports Pub Polo Park as a dedicated and experienced Supervisor. This role requires flexibility, with shifts on weekdays, weekends, mornings, evenings, and holidays. As a Supervisor, you will manage daily operations, lead staff, ensure exceptional customer service, and foster a positive atmosphere in the pub. Be part of a dynamic team at Garbonzo’s Sports Pub, where we are committed to delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests.
Responsibilities:
  • Supervises staff activities and productivity at all times.
  • Ensures excellent front-of-house service, allocating and supporting staff throughout the shift to maintain exceptional customer service.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • At least 1-2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
