• Game-Day Excellence: Coordinate game-day events, manage crowd flow, and create an electric atmosphere during live sports broadcasts.
• Team Leadership: Inspire and guide our team of bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Menu Innovation: Collaborate with our chef to curate a sports-inspired menu that keeps fans coming back for more.
• Promotions and Events: Plan themed nights, trivia contests, and sports-related promotions to engage our community.
• Inventory Management: Keep our bar stocked with fan-favorite drinks, craft beers, and signature cocktails.
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure every guest leaves with a smile, whether they’re celebrating a victory or consoling a defeat.
