Job Description

Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesEnters donation data and produces regular and as needed donation reports, statistics, online graphs and chartsPrepares segmented fundraising lists and files for various appeals, specifically direct mail and online appealsMaintains the database system with donor information updatesPrepares donor related correspondence and documentation; including thank-you letters and Celiac Canada outreach materialsSupports the team with events, activities, and volunteer recruitmentAssists with the preparation of Foundation proposalsAssists with the delivery of donor and volunteer engagement and recognition programs and eventsHelps maintain online presence and branding accuracy with external online portalsSupports the Fundraising Manager with various administrative tasksStewards prospects, donors, and volunteers appropriately as neededProvides reports and updates on fundraising projects to the Fundraising ManagerAdministers the Monthly Giving Program SKILLS3-5 years experience working in the Development Office of a non- profit environmentExperience with managing a CRM database (Donor Perfect preferred)Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work independently and as a team playerMeticulous dedication to accuracy and detailsAbility to produce high-quality work and manage multiple competing priorities with often tight deadlines and last minute requestsStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsExcellent data base management skillsExperience with working with and supporting donors and volunteersExceptional customer service skills/donor relationsProven ability to successfully work remotelyExcellent critical thinking and communication skillsDirect experience working with Constant Contact and Canada Helps is an assetThis is a 4 day a week hybrid position ( fully remote within 6 months)Location Preference: GTASalary: $45,000 - $55,000 AnnuallyPlease send your Resume by January 25th, 2024
