Job DescriptionInterprets strategic vision and ensures team can understand it. Manages backlog - ensures priorities and information are accurate and aligned with strategy. Communicates team commitments with BRM. Meets regularly with business and BRM to align on new demands and receives feedback from deliveries. Organizes team activities collaboratively. Documents end-to-end processes for business and help desk. Works with BA's as required to ensure business requirements are clear. Breaks down business requirements into user stories - readies work for team. Organizes and facilitates regular team ceremonies including daily huddle, sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, demonstrations. QualificationsHold a university degree in a field related to IT. 5 years of experience in a functional analyst position; Knowledge or experience of an ERP information system. Experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector. Experience with relational databases (SQL). Experience in the implementation of information system from A to Z and process analysis.
