COMMISSIONED RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT FULL-TIME Are you an independent recruitment consultant looking for a fantastic team to work with? Are you confident in your business development skills and need support recruiting for roles? With over 30 years of successful recruitment experience, we are looking to expand our team and add a Commissioned Full-Cycle Consultant to help us expand our extensive list of amazing clients. Team building events and lunches Hybrid work environment with WFH options after completed training As a Full-Cycle Consultant, you will work closely with the team and perform full-cycle recruiting for full-time, and contract positions. Proactively acquiring clients and candidates through diverse channels such as cold/warm calling, social media, and networking Conducting in-depth interviews, reference checks, and overseeing the entire recruitment process from posting job descriptions to candidate onboarding Maintaining an up-to-date CRM, ensuring accurate candidate information and effective communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle Participating in ongoing improvements to recruitment methodologies while staying abreast of industry trends Meeting monthly recruitment targets as outlined by management 2+ years’ agency recruitment/sales experience, with the ability to recruit for a variety of positions and in-depth understanding of the recruitment industry ~ Computer literate in Word, Excel and Internet savvy ~ Applicants selected for an in-person interview will be asked whether specific accommodations are needed to support a personal disability.
