Preszler Injury Lawyers only represents Plaintiffs. Position Overview: We are currently seeking qualified and motivated individuals to join our team as Accident Benefits Paralegals. As an Accident Benefits Paralegal at Preszler Injury Lawyers, you will play a crucial role in providing support to our Lawyers and working collaboratively with our Administrative Team. We have a couple of opportunities available at the Firm. Looking for a licensed Paralegal to join our Intakes Team. P1 license is preferred. Looking for an Accident Benefits Assistant to join our AB Team. P1 license is not required for this position. Both positions require the following prerequisites: Previous Accident Benefits experience Previous client relations experience Previous legal drafting experience Paralegal license is an asset Sales/customer service experience is an asset Knowledge of SABS, ON rules of civil procedure etc. Proficient in Microsoft Suite Strong interest in advocacy work Salary is commensurate with experience.
