Marketing Manager:Anfield Sensors Inc. is a leading manufacture specializing in mechanical, piezo resistive, and solid state based sensor products.   Our product line includes; pressure, vacuum, temperature, level switches and transducers. We provide high quality products, quick delivery, competitive pricing combined with the very best customer service.  We are currently seeking a talented Full Stack Marketing Manager that can develop, implement and manage our marketing strategy for the North American Market.   This position is strictly geared towards management of the marketing program and has no subordinates.Are you someone that wants to see your plan in action, foster it and grow with us?   If the answer is yes…then we want you!Scope of Position:Develop and execute a marketing strategy to promote our brand as well as that of our two sister companies. Work with our sales staff to identify and target market opportunities that may exist.  Create marketing materials and/or outsource those activities to specialized freelance consultants where required.  Monitor the success of the marketing plan and adjust as necessary.   A part of this position is to manage trade show exhibitions on an annual basis.Key Responsibilities of Marketing Manager:Implements B to B marketing and advertising campaigns by preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives. Tracks, measures and makes recommendations for the most effective allocation of marketing budget.Maintains listings in magazines, industry publications, on-line directories and partner websites.Identifies potential leads and passes them along to the sales department.Manages catalogs and other promotional materials.Manage content creation such as social media posts, blogs, video’s, etc.Creates white papers/technical articles with engineering assistance.   Makes minor updates to website, uploading new literature, etc.Plans meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing lists.Monitors budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading trade publications.Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities.The Successful Candidate will have:Post-secondary education in Marketing5+ years of experience in a Marketing roleExcellent command of written English with copy accuracy.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher)Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and IllustratorKnowledge and understanding of web analytics tools.  SEO SEMKnowledge of traditional and digital marketing toolsExperience writing for print, digital communications.Ability to work independently as well as part of a teamAbility to prioritize and manage conflicting demands, balancing multiple projects with strong attention to detailSelf-starter; driven by challenge of shifting projects or prioritiesTechnical content writing would be a benefit although not required.Anfield Sensors is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
