Frontend Engineer — Design Systems & Performance
About The Role
Own the design system and frontend performance culture. You'll deliver reusable components, enforce accessibility, and optimize load times at scale.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain a shared component library and tokens.
- Set standards for accessibility, theming, and responsiveness.
- Optimize bundle size, rendering, and Core Web Vitals.
- Document patterns and drive adoption across teams.
- Partner with backend teams on API contracts and performance.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years in frontend engineering; design system experience is a plus.
- Expertise in React/TypeScript and build tooling.
- Strong performance and accessibility chops.
- Clear documentation and collaboration skills.
