Committed to driving positive change within and across the industry, Publicis Groupe Canada is an ally in the pursuit of D&I with programming centered around Education, Outreach, Talent Management and Giving back.Publicis Groupe Canada is looking for a French Bilingual Inclusion and Learning Manager to join our Publicis Groupe Canada team within the Quebec Market, partnering with larger national teams.This is a hybrid Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) and Learning & Development (L&D) role – unique in their own parts. This role will report into both D&I and L&D Publicis Groupe Canada teams and will work to support both teams mission and strategy in the Quebec market. This is a unique opportunity to work with a variety of agencies across Canada within the Publicis Groupe and own a variety of influential efforts supporting a local employee population in Quebec of approximately 200 employees.For our Diversity and Inclusion team, this role will provide specialized logistical, and administrative support for our D&I mandate in our Quebec offices, including working with our various Quebec employees, Business Resource Groups, and external partners, which will involve a combination of reporting, outreach, meeting coordination and program execution.For our Learning & Development team, this individual will provide consultative services and lead the needs analysis process, provide appropriate solutions and design, develop, and deliver a variety of learning initiatives, projects, and development programs within the Quebec market. The position will be responsible for the management of end-to-end learning program design, development and delivery with a focus on performance improvement in Quebec.In this role, you will also be an integral part of developing, building, facilitating and administering a wide variety of programs for D&I as well as L&D, in order to ensure there is access to all for our employees in the Quebec market.Responsibilities:Work with the D&I and L&D managers to ensure our mandates are being fully implemented in our Quebec officesOperate fluently in both English and French within the Quebec marketServe as the primary point of contact for all learning and development/ D&I employee assistance requests in QuebecUtilizing global resources and national materials, ensure that all existing DE&I and L&D initiatives are deployed in the Quebec region and are in compliance with local law and language requirementsWork closely within the larger team to continue to improve, evolve and develop learnings across Canada and specific to the Quebec marketPerform administrative and logistical tasks associated with execution of strategic events, including workshops, partnership, training, execution of plans, leadership programs, campaigns, and thought leadership eventsCreate, maintain and develop local relationships with speakers and vendorsLead ad hoc projects related to the development of new Learning and Development/Diversity and Inclusion materials and programs to support the teamsPartner with larger Brand Level HR and local leadership teams to align learning objectives with system capabilities and business priorities for Learning and Development/Diversity and InclusionOverseeing junior team members when applicableOther duties as assignedResponsibilities Specific to D&I:Workwith the D&I team and the various Business Resources Groups to promote and develop education/training programs to enhance employee understanding on inclusions issuesWork to gain understanding of appropriate legislation/policies to ensure Publicis Groupe Canada is following proper procedures to ensure eliminating bias and ensuring inclusion · Work with the team to reach out to school boards in Quebec about our www.thisisthejob.org platform and programming for grade 7-12 studentsSupport and guide the HR/Talent Acquisition/Learning & Development teams in Quebec to help create a brand that appeals to diverse applicants and removes bias, and involving the D&I Manager/Head of Diversity & Inclusion when neededMaintain relationships with diversity related businesses, with the intention of working together and making progress on our D&I mandate i.e. to support our Mental Health initiatives, and other groups related to our mandateAssist with stakeholder communication, such as emails, reports, presentations, and other materialsTracking and reporting for team budget, KPIs for all events and programming, assist with compilation of metricsWork on various projects with the Diversity & Inclusion teamResponsibilities Specific to L&DCreate documentation for learning programs & evaluate individual and organizational development needs to design and deliver training programs ensuring the ability to measure success and adapt as requiredCoordinate, lead and facilitate regular learning opportunities, for a full range of employees, as well as learning programs in both English and French in person and virtual with post learning supportIdentify and solve for barriers to learning administration and reporting alongside our other Manager, Learning and DevelopmentIdentify opportunities for process improvement and partner with the learning team to bring them to lifeDrive a continuous improvement mindset and measure success metrics to lead program management in developing and monitoring action plans that improve and optimize performance, and ensuring lessons are learned from challenges and solutions are developed and implementedUse the coaching process to improve others learning and performanceAssist in producing reports and insights to support annual compliance, general learning data and trends for the learning and HR teamsRemain current in learning industry trends and methodologies and integrate into professional practice of adult learningActively contribute to the development and maintenance of a culture of learning within the organizationBilingual – English & French is required for this role, and must be able to work in person at the Montreal, Quebec office 3 to 5 days a week (varies by week)Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field an assetEquivalent of 3+ years of experience in a Diversity & Inclusion role7+ years of experience in Learning & Development, similar HR experience or similar experience with teaching/facilitatingSolutions oriented and resourcefulGood relationship management skills, ability to work independently and collaborativelyMust be good at time management, project management and be comfortable working in a hybrid environment (we require our employees to be in the office at least 3 days a week)You thrive being able to organize and prioritize work in a dynamic in G-Suite as well as MS Office- particularly Excel/Google SheetsQualifications Specific to D&I:Excellent prior knowledge of principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion with an ability to identifying trends for increasing diversity in the workplaceYou have an awareness of global and cultural issuesThe Diversity & Inclusion mandate is strong and always progressing – it will require curiosity, ability to think creatively, and some entrepreneurial spirit as it continues to break ground and make progressQualifications Specific to L&D:Experienced in training facilitation and content design with the ability to facilitate at the junior to senior levelKnowledge of/interest in learning techniques, learning models, and learning theoriesA willingness to identify learning needs within the Quebec market and move quickly to identify solutions along with the national L&D and local leadership teamsThe national L&D team is a newly formed function which will require the ability to build
