One of our key clients (a well known restaurant franchisor) is looking for their next Franchise Business Consultant. This person will focus on coaching and influencing Franchise organizations in their delivery of a consistent and safe brand experience, same-store comp growth, and (where applicable) organizational preparation for additional unit growth.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesConduct business analyses, evaluate performance trends, and examine store profitability to determine priority and most effective approach with franchiseesReinforce brand standards and quality standards based on in-store observations Foster effective relationships with franchisees in a manner that minimizes joint employer liabilityConsult with franchisees on maintaining operational excellence and maximizing sales growthDetermine an effective business strategy by identifying unique needs of franchisee and storeWork with franchisees on timely resolution of compliance issues and foster culture of accountabilityPartner with franchisees to identify sales building opportunities; assist franchisees in setting goals and implementing supporting tactics to reach targeted goalsLiaise with franchisees and marketing to maintain suitable local marketing initiativesSummary of Qualifications:3+ years restaurant leadership roleAbility to drive core business areas result, operations, revenue, customer satisfactionProven success building and maintaining relationships with franchiseesDesire to support multiple business owner’s successStrong P&L and budget knowledgeMulti-unit management experienceSuccess with overall development and growing salesDemonstrated planning, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Follow us on LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/company/blue-rock-search/View more jobs like this one: https://bluerocksearch.com/franchise-jobs/
