Job Description Our client in the heavy machinery industry is seeking a dynamic Forklift Sales Associate to join their team. They will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining customer relationships, analyzing market trends, and contributing to the overall strategic direction of the company. Join our client’s team in driving sales excellence and exceeding customer expectations in the forklift industry! Job Type: Full-time, Permanent. Location: Richmond Hill, ON - Montreal, QC – Vancouver, BC. Roles & Responsibilities: Proactively establish new customer relationships by strategically planning and organizing daily work schedules to engage with existing and potential clients. Provide regular reports and analyses to management, including daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses. Monitor the competitive landscape by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, and industry trends, and provide insightful feedback to management. Utilize in-depth product knowledge across various categories to effectively maximize sales opportunities. Cultivate sustainable relationships and foster trust with customer accounts through transparent and interactive communication. Fulfill other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications & Skills:  Preferably possess business acumen and industry knowledge. Forklift sales experience is a requirement. Familiarity with sales processes related to heavy equipment such as excavators, wheel loaders, and forklifts is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Highly self-motivated with a proactive and self-starting attitude. Demonstrated passion for exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service within a collaborative team environment.
