The quest!

As a forensic expert, you'll be solving some of the most peculiar and perplexing cases that come our way. No mystery is too small or too big for you to handle.

  • Visiting sites, taking pictures, videos, samples, readings, and other helpful information from the scene.
  • Conducting interviews with witnesses and other stakeholders using your amazing social skills
  • Gathering and analyzing data and evidence and coming up with compelling reports that are easy to understand for non-technical audience.
  • Collaborating with other investigators to solve multi-disciplinary cases.
  • Writing detailed reports for clients to walk them through your investigation and logical conclusion. Some cases may keep you busy working out estimation for remedial works.
  • Taking full advantage of all our work procedures and guidelines under ISO certified operational framework.
  • Keep shining with your friendly yet professional demeanor while interacting with clients, strengthening relationships.
  • Availing opportunities to participate in special corporate projects including webinars, presentations, and industry events.

What’s in your bag?

  • An engineering degree in Mechanical and/or combination of relevant education and experience.
  • A keen eye for detail, a sharp wit, and a sense of humor that can brighten up people around you.
  • 6-10 years of experience in forensic or failure analysis of mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, equipment, and auxiliary systems, etc. Experience in fire investigations will be an asset.
  • Hands-on knowledge of applied general and industrial mechanics, typical failure mechanisms and types of testing with ability to use variety of test equipment and devices.
  • Be self-motivated and able to work effectively on multiple projects.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly, both verbally and in writing, to others less informed than yourself.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to use cutting edge time management skills and manage multiple projects at the same time.
  • A deep understanding of the power of laughter and its ability to make even the toughest of cases seem less daunting.
