An opportunity to join an up & coming electrical contractor in the Lower Mainland! Our client is renowned for delivering top-quality work across the Lower Mainland up to Whistler. They have an unwavering commitment to maintaining a high level of professionalism that sets us apart in the trades industry. With extensive experience covering all aspects of the electrical trade, their skilled team fearlessly tackles even the most complex projects. In this role, you will lead field staff on new commercial and multi-family developments (up to $1 million). Your responsibilities include directing on-site subcontractors and equipment, enforcing company policies and safety standards, mentoring the crew, and collaborating with the in-office team to meet deliverables. We are seeking a candidate with a red seal certification and experience in mid-size ICI projects. The role requires a minimum of 2 years’ experience in commercial construction and a solid understanding of all construction trades and electrical techniques. You should excel in construction safety and productivity, and be knowledgeable about local, provincial, and federal workplace compliance regulations. The ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications is essential. Computer software knowledge and a First Aid Certificate are considered bonuses In exchange for your hard work, you will be rewarded with a competitive package ($45-$55/hour) + 3 weeks’ vacation+, benefits + RRSP+ car allowance/gas card/vehicle allowance (negotiable).
