Each problem is an opportunity to find asolutionAn inclusive, respectful, and kind attitude towards team members nomatter their culture, race, or genderCommitted to the vision and fundamental values of the companyA loyal brand advocate at work and in lifeFilled with passion for our local food eco system and want to helpdrive changeROLE RESPONSIBILITIESMarket Analysis and Strategy:Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs,and competitive landscapes in the meat industryDevelop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targetsand market penetration goalsClient Relationship Management:Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients,including restaurants, hotels, catering companies, and other food serviceestablishmentsAct as the primary point of contact, addressing client inquiries,providing product information, and ensuring overall customersatisfactionNew Business Development:Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the food servicesectorProspect and acquire new clients by showcasing the quality and benefitsof the company’s product offeringsProduct Knowledge and Training:Possess in-depth knowledge of Legends Hauls’ productsConduct product training sessions for clients and internal teams toenhance understanding and sales effectivenessSales Presentations and Negotiations:Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potentialclients, highlighting the unique selling points of the company’sproductsNegotiate terms and pricing agreements to secure profitable andlong-term partnershipsSales Reporting and Forecasting:Generate accurate and timely sales reports, including forecasts,pipeline analysis, and performance metricsCollaborate with the sales manager to evaluate results and implementstrategies for continuous improvementCollaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamlesscoordination in meeting customer demandsProvide valuable input for product development based on market feedbackand client requirementsROLE QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relatedfield.Proven track record of 4 plus years of successful sales experience inthe food industry, with a focus on seafood and/or meat products.Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers inthe food service sector.Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed salestargets.Familiarity with food safety regulations, certifications, and industrybest practices.Sales leadership or sales associate certification is an assetExcellent knowledge of MS Office and ERPsWHAT WE OFFERCompetitive benefits and a compensation structure that meet and exceedmarket demands.
