WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
- Building on your C/C++ experience, improve and maintain our secure firmware for industrial heating control and leak detection products.
- Engage in comprehensive firmware development under the guidance of senior embedded firmware developers, including refining requirements, implementing in C, C++, C#, or Python, participating in reviews, debugging, and testing.
- Participate in product engineering to refresh and upgrade our global product portfolio with new features.
- Create technical documentation for internal and external use.
- Use tools like GitLab, Jira, and Microsoft Teams for collaboration.
YOU HAVE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, Electronics, or equivalent.
- Experience in developing and debugging embedded systems, including RTOS, multi-threaded programming, reading data sheets, reviewing schematics, and working with communication protocols such as RS-232, RS-485, IP, BLE, Wi-Fi, Modbus, CAN bus, or BACnet.
- Ideally 2+ years of coding experience in C/C++, with knowledge of Python and C#.
- Strong electronics troubleshooting and debugging skills, familiar with JTAG debuggers, logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, etc.
- Experience with test fixture software development and version control systems like Git.
- Motivated, quick learner, capable of working independently, and able to create detailed technical documentation.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
