The Driving Force Inc. is hiring an experienced Financial Services Manager at our Burlington Location. The Financial Services Manager is responsible for maximizing the finance services department profitability through vehicle financing, leasing, and additional financial service products.Why Work With us?You matter, we support you. You get hands-on training and a path forward in the company if you want to develop your career.What you'll do:Present all F&I products and services to all customers all of the timeComplete and submit credit applications and utilize “active credit application taking” techniquesLiaise with banks to obtain fundingLiaise with the Company’s Credit department to obtain lease creditPrepare vehicle financing and lease contractsProvide a detailed explanation of the program and sell extended warranty productsComplete lease terminations and buyoutsReview final documentation for errors or missed itemsEnsure all accessories or upfits are correctly itemized and accounted forPrepare lease and finance quotesComplete all DealMaker and LeaseMaker related itemsReceive and submit all type of sales or lease paymentsSubmit necessary documents to the Company’s Accounting departmentMaintain complete sales and leasing files at the branchPrepare month-end extended warranty and insurance remittanceProvide support for other locations as requiredMaintain product knowledge through training and learning opportunitiesActively attend and participate in monthly F&I meetingsDevelop relationships with customers in order to maximize repeat and referral businessWork with the Salespeople and vendors to ensure that all promises to customers are delivered as negotiatedAssist other branches with deliveries where requiredWork with Salespeople to develop and improve F&I turnoverWhat you’ll need:High school diploma or equivalentFive years’ experience in vehicle sales or three years in business office managementValid Driver’s License and Driver’s Abstract acceptable to TDF Group’s Driver and Vehicle Safety ProgramDue to fiduciary responsibility, pre-hire Criminal Security Clearance and Credit Check is requiredAbility to obtain an automotive sales license (AMVIC, VSA, OMVIC)Strong communication skills, self-motivated and detail-orientedPlease note this position is commission based.The Driving Force Inc. is an equal opportunity employer that embraces diversity, inclusion, equity, and accessibility in the workplace and encourages applications from qualified individuals.
