The Opportunity:We have a unique opportunity to make a significant impact as a Financial Reporting Consultant where you will be a key member in contributing to continued success. What You Will Be Doing:As a seasoned Financial Reporting Consultant, you will lead the company's consolidated financial reporting efforts. This role will be instrumental in managing various financial activities, including privatization, incentive plans, potential M&A, IFRS reporting, audit management, and more. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in financial closing processes, journal entry booking, and technical accounting matters.Key Responsibilities:Lead consolidated financial reporting efforts in compliance with IFRS standardsManage various financial activities including privatization, incentive plans, potential M&A, and audit managementOversee working capital, P&L, hedge accounting, lease accounting, intangible, and fixed asset accountingSupport the closing of books and booking journal entries as neededEnsure accurate and timely preparation of audited financial statements, including disclosures in line with IFRSConsolidate financial data from multiple entities, including holding companies across various regionsAssist in reviewing and potentially updating Purchase Price Allocation (PPA) documentationCollaborate with the team on system implementations, like BlackLine and OneStreamWhat We Need From You:Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and consolidated financial reportingExperience with foreign operations, FX, and hedgingPrevious experience in M&APrevious experience with a Big 4 accounting firm an assetTech-savvy with the ability to learn new technology quickly (Bonus points for familiarity with Workiva for financial reporting)Experience with Purchase Price Allocation (PPA) documentation an assetExcellent written and verbal communication skillsNext Steps:We here at Clarity Recruitment would like to thank you for your applicationOnly those chosen for a phone interview will be contacted via email and text to set up a phone interviewClarity Recruitment is an equal-opportunity employer.
