Mission Directly reporting to the CFO, your mission is to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of financial processes within the organization as well as to support the financial stability and growth of the organization through informed decision-making and strategic planning. Your objectives will be to: Monitor Financial Transactions Analyze Financial Data Reporting and Forecasting Improve Process Manage Budget Responsibilities 1/ Account Receivables Collect payments from customer accounts Follow-up on overdue accounts Reconcile account statements with ERP Process major accounts invoicing Analyze collection and order trends to forecast cash inflows and inventory requirements 2/ Account Payables Process electronic payment of accounts payables Reconcile and automate sales representatives commissions Reconcile external account statements with suppliers' invoices Optimize the payment process Analyze payment trends to forecast cash outflows 3/ Payroll and Human Ressources Manage payroll for employees Manage group insurance Manage and optimize internal purchasing requests 4/ Revenue and Inventory Extract and analyze data periodically Adjust inventory costs in the system Assist CFO and CEO in various financial analyses of profitability and optimization Experience 2 years' experience in Financial Operations and Planning Strong experience with Data Analytics Strong experience with Process Improvement Strong experience with Reporting Experience with the agri-food industry (a plus) Experience with ERP systems Excellent communication skills Bachelor's or Master's degree in Corporate Finance Bilingual French / English Endurance sports (a plus) Job Details Starting Date : July 2024 Full Time Position (Presence at the office required 3 days per week) Location: Näak HQ, Montréal, QC, Canada Salary Range: to be discussed
