New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company, is seeking a part-time Financial Analyst to help our client with the review of funding models for transplant services and pre/post-transplant clinic services across multiple Health Authorities. The requirements will be for Case Costing Strategy and Case Costing Analysis, which may be delivered by different consultants. Responsibilities:Review existing Activity-Based Funding (ABF) modelsValidate existing modelsReview funding models from comparable jurisdictionsMake recommendations to optimize the model to facilitate optimal quality and performance of the transplant servicesCase Costing StrategyEngage with Steering Committee and other stakeholdersMake recommendations to address identified gaps and opportunities with ABF model Case Costing AnalysisReview and summarize the actual costs utilized to deliver the services over the past 5 yearsRequirements: Healthcare clinical systems case costing experience.Demonstrated track record of working in an inter-professional healthcare environment.Demonstrated knowledge of Health Systems used to capture transplant and donation information.Knowledge of and experience with healthcare IT systems and databases.If you have this expertise, and are able to work in Canada, please submit your resume.
