NWI Precision specializes in high-precision machining of critical components for aerospace and defense applications, including nuclear pressure vessel components and engine thrust links. Our commitment to excellence extends through our commercial aerospace and military aircraft projects.Position OverviewReporting to the Director of Finance, this role is crucial for managing, monitoring, and analyzing the General Electric (GE) Program to ensure effective, efficient, and accurate financial operations.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Financial ReportingConduct comprehensive analysis and reconciliation of all inventory accounts, including Raw Material, Work in Process (WIP), and Finished Goods with a specific focus on GE Program.Maintain accurate records of all GE specific part purchases and receipts.Prepare, manage and oversee all invoicing and supporting documents for GE on a weekly basis, including Milestones, Customer Portal entries, and Purchase Orders.Generate weekly cash flow statements for the GE Program and maintain up-to-date GE pricing models to ensure financial tracking and reporting.Collaborate with Accounts Payable to ensure timely payments to suppliers for GE-related parts. Communicate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve any discrepancies in invoicing or payments.Communicate with GE and internal teams to resolve any discrepancies in GE invoicing or payments.Act as a primary financial contact for GE, addressing and resolving any discrepancies or issues related to financial documentation or transactions.Provide backup support for Accounts Receivable and Payables as needed.Perform other related duties as required, adapting to emerging business needs.QUALIFICATIONS:EDUCATION:Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline.EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE:3-5 years accounting and administration experience preferably in a manufacturing environment.Good understating of financial principles, accounting practices, and analysis techniques.Strong skills in generating and maintaining up-to-date pricing models.Experience in preparing, managing, and overseeing material invoicing and supporting documents.Previous experience with an ERP system, ideally Epicor.Proficient in Excel, capable of using complex formulas.SKILLS & ABILITIES:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Proficient in financial software and Excel.Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.NWI Precision will make reasonable accommodations of an otherwise qualified employee or applicant for employment, unless undue hardship to NWI Precision would result.
