Working at HQ within a happy, motivated and efficient team, your role will have responsibilities that include but not limited to:Support the budgeting and forecasting processesProvide analysis of external economic conditions and their impact on business operations (e.g., inflation, interest rates, exchange rates, etc.)Monitor performance metrics for the business and functional departmentsSupport in implementing planning and analysis tools to enhance reporting activitiesStreamline sales and financial reports and reporting processesManage the capital and fixed asset processes.Various Financial analysis on store performance, inventory, sales and product linesSupport month-end and year-end financial close processesAbout YOU:Post secondary education in accounting or financeMin 2+years of financial analysis experience within theretail industryExcellent communication skills - both oral and written are requiredAdvanced Excel skills are a MUSTStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systemsDetail-oriented and committed to quality and high accuracy of work;This is a GREAT organization to be a part of.
