Our client, a prominent real estate developer, is seeking to hire a Finance Manager to join their team in downtown Vancouver. This is an in-office individual contributor role.
About the Role
The Finance Manager supports a Senior Executive team by overseeing full-cycle accounting, managing budgets, preparing financial statements and tax filings, monitoring stock trades, managing loans, and ensuring smooth financial operations across multiple entities and properties.
What you Bring
To qualify for this role, you should have 8-10 years of experience supporting senior executives in large organizations, demonstrating confidentiality, professionalism, and strong organizational skills. Must have excellent communication and computer skills (MS Office), with the ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively both independently and in a team.
