This high-impact position offers the chance to shape financial strategy, optimize operations, and fuel our ongoing expansion across the US and Canada.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Financial Leadership: Oversee all accounting functions (AP, AR, reconciliations), ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with growth objectives.Insightful Reporting and Analysis: Provide timely, insightful financial reports with commentary to Group. Conduct in-depth gross margin analysis to identify opportunities.Process Optimization and Control: Lead the development and implementation of robust financial controls and process improvements to mitigate risk and enhance efficiency.Tax and Audit Collaboration: Ensure tax compliance through collaboration with external advisors.
