We are determined to ensure that our customers and employees are given complete satisfaction.*The Auto Finance Team *is currently seeking a *Non-Prime Team Lead* to join our diverse team. We are looking for an individual with a critical thinking mentality to acquire financing for clients that are facing credit challenges. If you are someone who wants to build a long-term career and earn an above-average compensation while leveraging your passion for the automotive industry, you should join our team!*ABOUT THE ROLE *:* Administer non-prime deals.* Ensure maximum approval rate on customers applying for financing by making use of all available financial contacts and resources* Work efficiently to manage through different sources of leads.* Ensure that all work performed is thorough, accurate and completed in a timely fashion. This includes the preparation of all documentation and contracts.* Consistently give customers updates on the status of their financing application* Maintain all records required by management on CRM and dealership management tools.* Selling vehicles in adherence to OMVIC rules and regulations* Maintain and/or exceed monthly product and sales average* Must be willing to present warranties, creditor insurances and all aftermarket accessories available to the customer* Ability to assess credit bureaus for all applications* Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with bank representatives and financial institutions* Must be able to work well in a team environment*WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:** 2-3 years of Automotive Sales or Financial Services Management experience is an asset.* Thorough knowledge of F&I products and services* Have an outgoing and positive attitude* Awareness of financial institutions and their lender programs.* Must have a valid OMVIC license or willing to obtain one* Ability to handle challenging customer approvals* Proven to deliver outstanding customer service skills* Ability to be creative and persuasive in negotiating with customers* Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills* Ability to work well under pressure*WHAT WE OFFER:** An opportunity to be part of an exciting and growing team* Continuous training and development of industry knowledge.* Opportunity for career advancement within the group* Be a part of a team that works together to achieve and thrive success.* A fun and dynamic work environment* Complementary and entertaining company events throughout the year.* Competitive Salaries*Job Type:* Full Time*Salary:* $100,000 - $120,000No Phone Calls and/or E-mails please.
