Job Title: Director of Finance - Start-up - Tech
Location: Montreal, downtown, Hybrid
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: up to $180000 + bonus

I'm currently looking for an ambitious Finance Director to lead and manage the financial activities of a Services/Technology company.
Working closely with the founders, your role will be to provide the founders with a strategic and financial vision, and to support external growth projects from a due diligence and profitability analysis point of view, as well as from a financing point of view.
This opportunity is ideal for a passionate, dynamic leader who wants to actively contribute to the growth of an innovative SME.

Responsibilities
As Finance Director for PME - Tech, your responsibilities will include :
- Preparing budgets, forecasts and strategic plans
- Drawing up business monitoring and KPIs
- Supporting founders in external growth projects (prospect profitability analysis, acquisition due diligence, financing and integration)
- Design and implement effective financial processes, policies and procedures
- Provide financial analysis, recommendations and reports to senior management
- Manage cash flow and financial risks
- Supervise accounting team
Qualifications
For this role of Director of Finance - SME - Tech, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications:
- CPA
- Minimum 7 years of experience in budget planning and with a good understanding of financial modeling
- Experience in M&A
- Bilingual
- Experience in services or Tech
