Duties & Responsibilities

  • Clearly communicate the story of whether programs are on track by combining financial results with operational milestones.
  • Work collaboratively with Program and Project Managers, finance colleagues and business subject matter experts to provide actionable recommendations to maximize program financial health.
  • Collect, integrate, and analyze various datasets to produce business performance reports and identify risks and issues on team programs/projects to ensure delivery, quality, and cost objectives are achieved.
  • Understand and master the various business processes of the company and their related systems.
  • Prepare Monthly KPIs and Reports to support aircraft programs, including internal and external non-recurring spend analysis, cash flow forecasts, unit cost projections, and customer deposit schedules.
  • Prepare monthly reconciliations and identify risk and opportunities.
  • Work within ERP systems to input & manage budgets & forecasts, and setup and review dashboards for financial KPIs within aircraft programs.
  • Work closely with business to finalize budgets & forecasts and measure actual performance vs budgets & forecasts.

Educational Requirements and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, engineering, or project management.
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis & reporting.
  • Experience in the aerospace industry and/or a manufacturing environment would be an asset.
  • Experience with IFS and Visual ERPs would be an asset.
  • Experience with SQL, Power Query, Power BI, and Microsoft Access would be an asset.
