Your responsibilities will include managing marketing assets, collaborating with our US team to leverage systems and assets and implementing streamlined processes for greater efficiency. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective marketing campaigns and consistent brand messaging across regions. Bonus programs that include annual performance and profit sharing Employee discounts on top brands of plumbing and HVAC/R products Education reimbursement for employees Employee referral program Safety show reimbursement What you will do:Develop and implement comprehensive field marketing plans that align with the company’s business objectivesCollaborate with the sales and marketing field teams to identify market trends and customer needs to tailor marketing efforts for maximum effectivenessManage the creation and execution of promotional materials and marketing campaignsPlan and execute marketing assets required to support tradeshows, events and seminars within brand standardsMeasure and analyze effectiveness of executed marketing initiatives to provide recommendations for effectiveness and efficienciesBuild and maintain relationships with marketing partners, field and creative agenciesConduct in-take calls from field and marketing partners to effectively complete creative briefs and de-brief agency partnersEnsure consistent brand messaging across all regions, platforms and materialsProvide marketing support for Showroom and other Wolseley businesses as necessaryWhat you will bring:Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or other relevant field.5- 7 years of relevant Marketing experience.In-depth understanding of brand positioning and strategies.Experience working with a creative agency including brief development, creative review, and implementation of campaigns.Ability to manage multiple priorities while navigating a complex, multi-stakeholder environment to deliver against objectives.Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage workload in a fast-changing environment.Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.Creative problem-solving abilities.Proven experience in field marketing, particularly within distribution or wholesale environmentStrong understanding of customer experienceAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentEach resume submitted gets individually reviewed by our team and retained for 24 months if other new and exciting opportunities arise that match your skills and qualifications.Please note: This position requires the result of a satisfactory criminal record check.
