We're looking for someone to fill theField Opening – Team Leaderposition at ourDeer Lakesite. As a team leader, you will supervise, train and motivate your personnel. Operate various heavy equipment and work on the opening of new land to harvest; Insure the respect of the company quality standards; Perform some mechanical tasks; Responsible for opening and maintaining ditches in the field.
