Job Description

As a Senior Account Manager at BM Digital, a digital marketing agency specializing in paid media and creative solutions, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing innovative marketing strategies for our brands. Your role will require a strategic approach, underpinned by a comprehensive understanding of digital marketing landscapes, particularly paid media and influencer marketing. This position calls for exceptional relationship-building abilities and a collaborative spirit, as you will be the primary liaison between our clients and our dynamic marketing team. In this role, your focus will be on delivering tailored marketing solutions that encompass the entire gamut of influencer engagement, from micro to macro influencers, and optimizing paid media strategies for maximum conversion rate optimization and revenue. Your responsibility extends to managing client relationships and ensuring their needs are seamlessly integrated with our diverse marketing services. We believe the best way to do that is by fostering a community of inclusion where every employee has the chance to become their best creative and professional self.  Forge and sustain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact and guiding clients through various stages of marketing activation.  Act as the central figure for clients, providing comprehensive solutions and pathways for their marketing journeys.  Ensure timely execution of marketing plans, holding both clients and the internal team accountable.  Continuously evaluate and adapt strategies to meet evolving client needs and market trends.  Lead the strategy for influencer marketing and other channels, and proactively seek opportunities to upsell clients and expand our services Contribute to business development through market analysis, competitive landscape reviews, and new business pitches. Handling client escalations and managing client NPS A passion for ecommerce and digital marketing with at least 3 years of relevant experience.  At least 3 years of proven paid media experience in managing DTC/e-commerce accounts.  Experience working directly with C-suite and executive-level stakeholders. Background in entrepreneurship, growth management, or senior account management roles, with a track record of driving business growth. Strong relationship-building capabilities and stakeholder management skills.  Creative mindset and an eagerness to stay ahead of industry trends.  This role offers a base of $60,000 USD annually (up to $120,000 USD with performance bonuses).
