For those already in the industry and considering making a move, Affinity is the right move. -=-= Responsibilities: Account Management and Client Engagement: Foster and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction with our services and products. Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that enhance their experience. Assist in identifying new business opportunities and support efforts in developing relationships with potential clients, contributing to the company's growth.

Client Communication and Service Coordination: Act as a key contact for assigned clients, managing day-to-day communications and ensuring their needs and queries are promptly addressed. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and products to clients, helping to resolve any issues that may arise during the delivery process.

Support in Federal Government Business Development: Assist in the company's initiatives to expand into the federal government sector, supporting senior team members in understanding and navigating federal procurement processes. Contribute to the preparation of materials and research that aid in acquiring federal government contracts, aligning with the unique requirements of this sector.

Assistance with RFP Responses: Support the identification and assessment of relevant Requests for Proposals (RFPs), particularly those aligned with the company's goals and capabilities. Provide assistance to the proposal response team, helping in the preparation of compliant and compelling proposals for both existing and potential clients.

-=-= Qualifications and Experience: Federal Government Sector Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Account Manager, specifically within the IT consulting/staffing industry with a focus on the federal government sector. Knowledge of federal procurement processes and compliance requirements is essential.

Client Relationship and Government Acumen: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with federal government clients, showcasing a deep understanding of their unique needs and operational standards. Proven capability to navigate and succeed within the federal government business environment.

Federal Contracting and Sourcing Skills: Experience in sourcing, qualifying, and managing talent specifically for federal government contracts. Familiarity with federal job analysis, wage standards, and the unique aspects of government lifecycle recruiting.

Strategic Thinking for Government Contracts: Excellent relationship-building skills with a strategic mindset focused on long-term partnerships within the federal government sector. Ability to understand and align with the broader objectives of government clients.

Negotiation Skills and Competitive Drive: A strong competitive nature, with a track record of thriving in competitive environments. Must possess excellent negotiation and sales/persuasion skills, demonstrating the ability to close deals effectively and contribute to business growth.
