Overview
Family Physician - House Officer position at St. Paul’s Hospital & Royal University Hospital. Two House Officers provide in-house coverage to all medicine in-patients between 17:00-08:00, 7 days per week. Consultation support is received from specialists and sub-specialists.
Remuneration and Schedule
- Remuneration: $3,511.05 per night of service – 17:00-08:00 hours (pro rated for partial shifts at a rate of $234.07 per hour)
- Part-time House Officer: 5-7 shifts per month
- Casual House Officer: 3-4 shifts per month

Job Qualifications
- Current Saskatchewan medical licence with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Saskatchewan
- Ability to obtain and maintain membership on the Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) Practitioner Staff
- Interest and experience in hospital-based medicine
- Comfort with building collaborative working relationships with physicians and hospital staff
