Souris Manitoba is seeking a permanent full-time physician for their vibrant active community. You will work with a team of physicians who provide a full range of medical services for a 25 bed acute care facility with 24/7 ER. We have a well established and well equipped medical clinic and Health Centre; complete with EMR and Lab Import. Low overhead, great income potential. Close proximity to Brandon and Winnipeg. Souris is a scenic community that offers year round recreational opportunities. Come and join our dynamic team!!Souris Health Centre is a 25 bed acute care facility and 43 bed personal care home. Acute Care, Long Term Care, Surgery Program, Diagnostic Services, Public Health, Mental Health, Home Care, Emergency Medical Services. Souris is a progressive community with a population base of approximately 1700 residents and we are located 50 kilometers south west of Brandon. Souris is a full service community with retail, education, health care and recreation facilities and services. With the Souris River running through our community, many take advantage of the water activities such as the River Barge Ride, water-skiing, canoeing, and fishing. If you enjoy the outdoors, you will appreciate our community. The Park hosts a bird sanctuary, picnic grounds, playground, swimming pool, campground, a natural amphitheatre for outdoor concerts and events.
