  • Reply and deal with online inquiries from users in a timely manner, do a good job in daily online message processing, and answer customers' questions about the company's products, such as: course products, foreign teachers, appoint trial class, APP usage methods, etc.;
  • Familiar with ERP/CRM operations, improve customer information and input it into the system, collect user information, reservation information, etc., and do a good job of connecting with sales team
  • Comply with customer service specifications, processes and systems, improve the feedback and resolution process of common customer problems, and optimize customer service quality in an all-round way.
  • Have a certain inductive ability, and can self-optimize and improve script;
  • Prepare reports as assigned by supervisors.
  • College degree or above, proficient in online communications;
  • Prefer experience in Admin page, Online Marketing at least 1-5 years
  • Proficiency in office software such as excel, word, etc.
  • Treat the work seriously and carefully, have a strong sense of responsibility, a strong sense of purpose, a good team cooperation ability, and a good sense of service;
  • Curious for knowledge, willing to learn new tools and platforms to achieve self-improvement.
