With a 3000-strong workforce, our ability to adapt and evolve keeps us positioned firmly as global leaders in the wear solutions market for the resources sector.As our Fabrication Team Leader located at our site in Boogan QLD, you will you will oversee fabrication operations, ensuring adherence to manufacturing and quality standards. Demonstrating proactive leadership, you will be responsible for directing, supervising, and coordinating fabrication activities to achieve profitable production flow, uphold quality benchmarks, and meet schedule commitments at both strategic and operational levels.You will ensure tasks are completed in a manner that achieves the Quality, Cost, Safety, Environmental and Schedule requirements and is aligned to the Bradken business objectives. Ensure compliance to ISO9001 and all Bradken Quality policies and procedures and participate where required in any associated Quality audits.Some of your other tasks would include maintainingyour labour and all materials, equipment, tools and services are utilised safely and productively and stored safely and securely when not in use, ensuring the appropriate infrastructure (plant and services, tools and equipment, jigs and fixtures, materials handling, etc.) is regularly checked and kept in good working order.Undertake materials handling / processing and associated tasks with the emphasis on Safety, Quality, Productivity, Cost, Continuous Improvement, Delivery and Environmental concerns.If this sounds like your next career move, please apply along with your resume and a brief cover letter highlighting why this should be your next role as soon as possible as we are shortlisting.Why join our team at Bradken?We believe our people are our greatest asset.
