Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President Exploration to join our executive team. The Vice President will play a crucial role in leading business development, overseeing projects, negotiating deals, and driving process improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the organization
- Lead business development efforts to drive growth and manage the day to day exploration and development of 5 gold exploration properties
- Oversee activities such as field drilling campaign's to ensure timely and successful completion
- Negotiate contracts, agreements, and partnerships with key suppliers and stakeholders
- Present to investors and shareholders on project developments and steps being taken to increase shareholder value
- Maintain a transparent and open relationship with First Nations and other community stakeholders through consultations and face to face discussions outlining details of past and future field work

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Geology, P Geo
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role with a focus on gold exploration
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Excellent project management abilities with a track record of successful project delivery
- Proficient in negotiation techniques and contract management
- Demonstrated expertise in driving process improvement initiatives

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $125,000.00-$175,000.04 per year
