We're looking for an experienced construction labour foreman that wants to take on challenging civil projects as a leader working to help build a company moving forward.
Candidate should be able to demonstrate ability to lead his team with:
- positive reinforcement when training crew members,
- read drawings and perform basic layout,
- lead by example by performing the work on site with the crew and training crew members,
- plan ahead and be prepared for upcoming task by having materials and tools ready-to-go.
- communicate and work with other trades and general contractor,
- work with various types of formwork, and construction tools/equipment,
- drill concrete and set rebar dowels,
- tie reinforcing steel
- and place concrete.
Position requires ability to troubleshoot problems as they arise and make decisions that lead to positive results and build our company's reputation.
