Job Overview: Quadera is a residential property management company operating in the Thunder Bay area. We are seeking a full-time Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our properties.

Duties: - Clean apartment units. This would include vacuuming floors, washing walls, ceilings, cupboards, windows, appliances, bathtub, toilet and sinks. - Clean building hallways and common areas - Clean and organize garbage sheds - Restock cleaning supplies as needed - Follow cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure a safe and sanitary environment

Skills: - Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is required - Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks - Strong time management skills to prioritize work effectively

Requirements: - Must have a driver's license and own a vehicle - Must be in good physical condition, with the ability to lift cleaning equipment - Must speak English
