Executive Director Support Services amp Chief Administrative OfficerPosted on Aug 18, 2017 Apply for this job your email:upload resume:Profile Position # 20028401 POSITION SUMMARY: Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), the Executive Director Support Services and CAO will direct and lead the integration and coordination of Support Services which involves Clinical Components, such as Allied Health, Spiritual Health and Corporate/Support and components such as Capital and Space Planning, Food Services, Housekeeping, Supply and Distribution, Facility Management, Security, Quality, Decision Support and Ancillary Services. The ED Support Services and CAO leads the campus business, financial planning and reporting activities and fosters a culture of financial accountability and continuous improvement. The individual is responsible for providing strategic and operational support to the COO and members of the campus senior leadership team and serves as the site liaison with Regional integrated support services. QUALIFICATIONS: Professional accounting designation (CA, CGA, CMA) and/or a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or the equivalent combination of education and experience required. A minimum 5 years of senior administrative director experience or equivalent position. Experience with health care, accounting, MIS reporting, and health sector policies, procedures & reporting guidelines. Superior leadership abilities and interpersonal skills, creativity, integrity and communication skills. Strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills. Strong collaborative, interpersonal and relationship or team building skills. Detail oriented Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Word and Access. Experience in process improvement methodologies such as LEAN an asset. This position is subject to a Criminal Record Check, including Vulnerable Sector Search, and an Adult Abuse Registry Check.
